Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station by the stove and tandoor was without liquid soap and paper towels. Operator was notified and the station was stocked during inspection.

Observation: The following areas need attention:
-Hood fans are covered in grease. This may contaminate food below as well as attract pests
-Cooler fans are covered in dust. Dust will circulate the cooler and may contaminate food items
-Overall, floors and perimeter areas need attention
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all listed areas are cleaned and sanitized. Regular cleaning and maintenance should be done with extra attention in these particular areas.

Routine inspection conducted.
-All cooler units are at or below 4C (walk-in cooler, stand cooler, display cooler, and prep coolers) *Ensure prep cooler top compartment is closed when not in use
-Freezer unit is below -18C
-Dry storage is satisfactory. Food is stored above the ground.
-Low temperature chlorine dishwasher achieves 50ppm
-Bleach solution sanitizer is available - Ensure all bottles are labelled!

Note: kitchen must be cleaned more frequently, dedicate more time for maintenance and cleaning going forward.
