304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Cockroaches still present but much lower levels. A few insects noted in sticky traps. Pest control is doing weekly visits. Ensure that bait is applied on every visit; no gel bait is applied on every visit; no gel bait was observed on this inspection + technician was in this morning.
Note: fly problem is almost gone as well!

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Most water leaks are much improved - most of the floor below dishwasher is dry. One pipe leak is still present - repair. If you can keep the floor dry then re-sloping is not necessary.
Lots of grout requires repair - discussed options - a new product that is a better sealant than grout may be tried.
Many holes have been filled - good!
Food debris has been largely cleaned up - continue cleaning + power washing.
Keep grout lines clean and do not allow food debris/grease to accumulated under equipment.
Multiple sticky traps noted in facility - good. Monitoring should continue for several months after infestations eliminated.
