- Premises had just opened for operation at start of inspection - Walk in cooler has been fixed and is at 3C. - Operator advised that he stopped operating the premises shortly after the routine inspection as most of the chicken was sold by then and the technician did not repair the walk in cooler until approx 12 midnight. - Operator had the frozen chicken transferred to the walk in cooler overnight - Counter top pepsi cooler unit was at 4C - Proper scoop for cornstarch has been obtained - Scoop for rice stored in clean ice water at time of inspection.
