- Food store with pre-packaged food products, whole fruits and vegetable only, self serve coffee station and minor amount of re-packaging of dry goods only (nuts, dried fruits)
- Premises maintained in sanitary condition and organized with food products stored on shelving.
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder and freezers were -18C or colder. Note: Open display cooler not plugged in; in use as display for non-perishable beverages only.
- Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks
- Handwashing sink present with liquid soap and paper towel. *Load paper towel into dispenser
- 2 compartment sink present for washing and sanitizing coffee station equipment and scoops used for packing dry goods. Plugs/stoppers present to allow for sinks to be filled. Bleach present for sanitizing step. Reviewed manual dishwashing steps with Operator and sign provided for reference - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry
- Operator has receipts for food products on-site as verification of approved source
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Rodent traps present for monitoring and control.
