Basement kitchen - smaller than main kitchen upstairs. Simple food items prepared in this kitchen. (i.e. boiling water for coffee/tea, etc.) Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers. Bleach sanitizer measured 100 ppm. Cooler was at 4 deg C. Temp log posted. Dishwasher final rinse reached at or above 71 deg C at plate surface. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit. Person in charge of kitchen has Food Safe 1 certification.
