Prior to issuing permit the following is required: 1. Install hand sink in brewery area as per approved plan 2. Pest control contract required. Door sweep installed on main door but fit is not great allowing entrance of pests. Note- Cheque for $41.67 received. Thank you -Revised Food Safety Plan/sanitation plan received -Owner advises that a finishing was applied to concrete floor. We will monitor floor condition. May require additional/refinish if necessary
