Comments

All items corrected:
- Facility has had rodent droppings cleaned
- Facility has been cleaned in storage room
- Stacked milk crates have been removed
- Sanitizer solution now dispenses from wall at 200ppm QUAT (item has been repaired)
- Hot Holding unit has been adjusted to ensure temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius

NOTE: 7-Eleven Corporate to determine solution for kebabs/chicken with sauce from previous inspection as this is a problem in all locations. The facility has had direction to leave sauce out at room temperature (it is a shelf stable product) and discard at the end of the day. Continue to do this until provided an alternative direction from 7-Eleven Head Office.
