Observation:
- Ice machine observed with mould in the interior.
Correction:
- Turn the ice machine off, empty all ice out, clean & sanitize. Ensure this gets done regularly to prevent mould forming on the surface.

- Ice machine has been cleaned. Ensure ice machine is deep cleaned on regular basis (eg. every month)
- Paper towels observed in the dispensers.
- Operator has confirmed that warmer has been ordered for hot holding the tempuras. Ensure tempuras are transferred to warmer right after they are deep fried. Do not put cold tempuras to warmers.
