Comments

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space. All boxes and food items must be stored min 15cm off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator implements pest control system.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- Walk in cooler: 4C
- Walk in freezer: -18C
- Thermometer inside all refrigeration units.
- Temperature log must be available during the next routine inspection.
