Follow-up Inspection to Report #255043.

Floor Plan submitted was based off previous existing floor plan. No construction done, only renovation completed and new equipment installed.

The following has been addressed:

1) High temperature dishwasher reached a final rinse temperature of 72.4C at the plate's surface
2) Hot holding units measured at 60C or higher
3) Chemical bottles for dishwasher available
4) Handsink in men's washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
5) Exposed plumbing in wall at kitchen handsinks sealed and covered with smooth, durable, cleanable materials
6) Functional lightbulb installed inside walk in freezer
7) Ceiling tiles installed above line coolers / freezers
8) Front service undercounter cooler and display cooler measured at 4.0C or below

The following is to be completed prior to opening:

1) Thorough clean of the dishwashing area. Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned and sanitized.
2) Ceiling tiles above prep sink to be cleaned and sanitized.
3) Ceiling vent cover to be installed above line coolers / freezer
4) Fix lightbulb inside exhaust canopy

Operator paid permit fee of $62.50 with cheque during the inspection.

Health Approval granted to operate. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approvals from any other agency.
