Handsinks in the kitchen and front coffee service area were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine residual was at least 50 ppm (actually measured at 100 ppm) at the plate.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside the bucket with wiping cloths.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Storage areas were in a clean condition.
Chest freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Freezer component of the "Kitchen Aid" refrigeration unit was at -15 degrees C (Required to be at or below -18 degrees C).
"Kitchen Aid" refrigeration unit (top component) was at or below 4 degrees C (0.3 degree C at the top shelf and 3.9 to 4 degrees C at the bottom shelf). Two thermometers were available inside this unit to monitor its' ambient temperature.
Person in charge on shift had FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 8, 2021.
