Follow-up inspection conducted for report #KLAI0CTUPW7 - 2 bleach sanitizer containers noted in the cooking area. Both noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual. - Proper storage hierarchy noted in the walk-in cooler. - No cardboard was being used as liners in the walk-in cooler. - Operator fixed the handwash stations in both by the staff washroom and server area. Both handwash stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Violation that still need to be addressed - - Operator still needs to submit an updated floor plan of the facility to the area Inspector. Please submit the floor plan via email by tonight.
