Corrective Action(s): Discard all dressings and yoghurt from the cooler. Repair or service the units so that it is capable of maintaining foods at 4 C or below. Do not store any foods in it until it maintains proper temperature.

* Dishwasher final rinse: 64 C at the time of inspection.( Water tank still heating up). Ensure that water tank heats up before using
the dishwasher. Please check the final rinse gauge temp and ensure that it reaches at least 71 C at the plate surface and 180 F/82 C at the manifold.
