Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Sanitizing bucket was empty at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s):
Before food preparation, ensure to prepare sanitizing solution for storing wiping cloths and sanitize all counter tops.
Chlorine solution prepared was at 100 ppm. Keep all wiping cloths in this solution.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Sinks in the deli area was used for ware washing.
This is designated hand wash station.
Corrective Action(s):
Keep sink in the deli food prep area as designated for hand washing only.
Ensure to use the two comp sink by the produce area for ware washing.

Observation:
Staff on duty did not have Food Safe 1 training.
Kitchen manager (Food Safe 1 certified) was away at time of inspection.

Ensure that there is staff on duty that is Food Safe 1 certified for all shifts.

Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Deli cooler, prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Ice cream display freezer was at -16 to -18 deg C.
Hot holding for soup was above 60 deg C.
Temperature log available and up to date
**Deli cooler being monitored closely (older unit and previously had issues).
Barn building:
Dry storage area - food and food-related items stored on shelves
Walk-in freezer was at -22 deg C
Deep freezers were at or below -18 deg C
No signs of pests noted at time of visit - pest control monitoring in place
Petting zoo still closed - open in May thru summer
NOTE: code 209 corrected from previous inspection (lights now covered above the deli area
