- No sanitizer available in the front area
- Staff provided a cleaner that would require a rinse step after application on food contact surfaces

- Fill the appropriate spray bottle with the sanitizer available in the back kitchen area to use for food contact surfaces. Ensure that this is available at all times
- Cleaning solution provided is not a sanitizer

Observation: One bottle of "FS Pot & Pan Scrub Cleaner" measured 200ppm quats, while another did not activate quat strip. Both solutions were of different colours (dark orange vs. light orange)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all chemical bottles are labelled properly. If bottles are to be re-filled from a source bottle, ensure that it is the proper chemical; do not mix chemicals.
