The following items have been corrected since last inspection:
-->wheeled cart is re-positioned to vertically to not block the handsink access
-->staff are trying to store inserts in container with ice. Staff must ensure inserts are not just sitting on ice or ice packs, inserts must be surrounded with ice.

-->Permit fee of $150 ($75 for this year, and $75 for last year) received via credit card payment to our office

Note:
There is a ventilation hood located in the middle of the prep line from previous operation. The hood comes down to eye level, obstructing and taking up counter space that facility is in need for right now. Removing of ventilation hood is recommended to create counter space for facility, and possibility of adding a more adequate undercounter cooler for the operation. Otherwise, removal of wheeled cart is required to prevent potential handwashing violation.
