Observation: Drainage flies in the entire premise (front & back); Some mice droppings found through out the food premise/hard to reach areas; 3 mice present on a sticky trap in one trap which near a wall & cold unit; and one mouse in the second trap which behind the grease trap under 3-compartment sink; (Note: Most traps are set and empty/serviced by pest control).
Corrective Action(s): Please, notify the pest control service; pour into drains Bleach (to prevent breeding of pest)/end of the day/;
Continue to clean and sanitize the entire store (to be able to monitor & prevent the mice infestation);

General sanitation is acceptable but required attention in several areas (such us between and around equipment/front & kitchen/; on storage shelves /front/);
Note: Deep cleaning (eg., remove from a shelf/shelves single use items & packages; and clean & sanitize all the way back; remove mice traps and clean floor under it; coving floor-wall/equipment junctions/especially front from food debris);

Cleaning will help to monitor and prevent the mice infestation issue; as well as drainage flies;
Regularly take out garbage and organic debris;

Pest control in place (once a month);

Note: The mice issue is improving (only small amount /2-3 droppings in hard to reach areas/). Please continue to work & pay special attention/little more afford/ for drainage flies.
