* Grouting was completed; tile baseboards were replaced where broken
* Note: some cleaning improvements noted; some baseboards areas still require additional cleaning as build up of grime/debris still evident and has been in place a long time
* Prep cooler line on one end was not working properly and not maintaining proper cold-holding temperature of 4'C/40'F or colder; operator to repair immediately; do not store any perishable food at this end of cooler until repaired and able to maintain 4'C/40'F or colder
* Note: reminder again to maintain wiping rags in sanitary manner (eg. in sanitizer between use) and not on counters
