Operator submitted revised Food Safety Plan, some revisions still required. Operator to email Environmental Health Officer once revisions are done - ensure to include temperatures of smoke house - ensure to have all catering items in Food Safety Plan as well. Operator informed that some recipes are used for meat processing as previous operator, operator has copy of previous operator's food safety plan for meats. EHO to send meat processing - Ministry of Health resources again. During time of inspection, no Temperature logs sheets available for meats/ equipment. - Ensure to document temperatures taken. Environmental Health Officer to send template for log sheets. During time of inspection, equipment observed to be moved around in detail services area. Tiles were missing. No structural changes were identified. Ensure to replace missing tiles when store is not in operation & no food preparation is taking place. Ensure to take measures to prevent contamination of dust/particles. Operator informed that plastic barriers are placed to separate food service areas.
