Observation: Black garbage bag observed in walk-in cooler storing bread. Staff stated the bread is received in the black garbage bag.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the contents in the black garbage bag. DO NOT use black garbage bags to store food as the bags contain toxic chemicals which can leach into food. Store all food in food grade containers to prevent potential chemical contamination.

Observations:
- General sanitation excellent during inspection
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher at 72'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Walk-in cooler at 2'C
- Stand-up freezer at 19'C
- No hot-holding on site
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Equipment observed in sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity
- Professional pest control company is contracted
