Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris oberved on the juicer. Discussed with the operator over the phone that juice is sanitized daily.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the juicer every 4 hours. Modify your food safety plan to reflect this change and train the staffs.

- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in spray bottle and 3 compartment sink.
