Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Few of the frying pans stored on shelf in cooking line were coated with black debris all around. Owner says she sometimes uses the frying pans. )

Walk-in cooler remained at 3C today, do not adjust temperature dial anymore.
New thermometer also placed in the walk-in cooler; please use this to monitor temperatures daily.
Cleaning around cooking station, under prep table and behind freezer completed.
No food stored on the floor or being cooled at time of inspection.
Metal insert used to store ice scoops in the bar area now.
Raw meats are dispensed using tong or ladle where handle is exposed to food handler only. Metal bowls no longer used.
