-Facility offers wine making services. Bottles are filled by the customer.
-Wine bottles are disinfected in a bottle washer. Iodine disinfectant tested at 12.5ppm (minimum 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Carboys are disinfected with sani-brew added manually to a dishwasher. Sani-brew was tested at 50ppm chlorine (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Work surfaces and equipment disinfected with sani-brew solution. Sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Wine bottle corking station handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
