A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Retail cooler 1C; cheese cooler 2C; food cooler 4C; freezer -16C; and thermometers present. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets, racks or shelves. - General sanitation level is good. - A few mice droppings found. Professional pest company monitoring facility every month, but increased weekly due to mice activity. Snap traps and catch-all-traps are being used inside, good. Chemical means/traps being used along the exterior of the building. - Rodent proofing of the bay doors and shipping areas are being completed. Follow all recommendations made by your pest technician. - Retail section is clean and organized. Improvement seen in this area. - No expired food products being sold. FIFO rules being followed. **A 6" gap between the walls and pallets shall be done, to discourage rodent activity.**
