Dishwasher has been repaired. New element installed according to Manager. Dishwasher tested at 80c on first cycle and 76c on second cycle. Recommend as per previous inspection report, purchasing a peak holding thermometer to verify final rinse is reaching a minimum of 71c (At plate Level)..
