Observation: Food debris build up was observed on the veggie cutter that could potentially harbour bacteria and can cause food contamination.
Correction: Remove the debris and wash & sanitize the veggie cutter. Ensure that it is maintained in good sanitary condition.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Handwash sink available in food prep area did not have supply of hot water. Operator stated that the supply was shut off from under the sink due to leakage problems.
Correction: Repair the sink and ensure that adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels are available on site at all times.

Observations:
- Handwash sink has been repaired and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.\
