Corrective Action(s): Ensure 50 ppm-100 ppm chlorine is detected during the sanitizing cycle. Corrected during inspection - bubbles found in the line. Line was primed and air bled out.

-General sanitation of the premises was satisfactory
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Dishwasher functioning. 50ppm chlorine residual detected after rinse cycle. Test strips present for monitoring
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -13C
-Upright freezer was at -18C
-Hot holding temperatures were acceptable (>60C)
-Chick pea curry 62C
-Wiping cloths were in bleach sanitizer (100ppm).
-No signs of pest infestation noted at the time of the inspection. Pest Control contract in place with monthly service
-Commercial ventilation hood replaced - excellent
-food is protected - cover all food after cooling
