Temp. at minus 8 C. - Stepping down temperatures to ensure concrete floor does not get damaged. OK. - Approved to use. **Ensure freezer maintains -18 C during operational period. Note: LED lights installed above dishwash area. Much brighter. Very good. Note: Monitor Dishwashing station. Develop plan for renovation to this station as discussed.
