Operator came to the office on July 3, 2019 to discuss layout changes for the cafe kitchen.
Renovations to take place once layout plan has been submitted and approved.

No hot holding at time of inspection.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Food items and food-related items were stored off the floor.
Active pest control in place.
Note: ensure to clean the door guide rails of the coolers.
