Observations:
- Dishwasher has been repaired to dispense 50 ppm chlorine concentration
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site

*REMINDER: chlorine test strips on site are expired. Obtain new chlorine test strips to ensure chlorine residual from the chemical dishwasher is monitored and verified at least once per day (or as per approved sanitation plan). Place test strips close to the dishwasher in a convenient location as a reminder for staff to check the dishwasher frequently.
