The night shift program has been discontinued. Church kitchen is used for food service to congregation.
Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 73 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate level.
Dishwasher temperature was at 82 degrees C for at least 10 seconds during the final rinse cycle at the manifold.
Glass door cooler was at 2.4 degrees C (4 degrees C or less) and was equipped with a thermometer.
One door cooler was at 2.1 degrees C (at or below 4 degrees C) and was equipped with a thermometer.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a labelled spray bottle.
Chlorine test strips were available on-site.
The main contact for the Church kitchen had a FOODSAFE level 1 certificate valid until March 18, 2024.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Equipment storage areas were clean and organized.
