Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large bucket of sweet and sour sauce cooling on floor at time of inspection. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Sauce was put in prep sink for cooling with cold water. Ensure that it is stirred constantly.
