- Slicing and re-packaging of dried bulk ( almond, nuts...) and some yogurt are done on site,
- Hand washing station was supplied with hot/cold running water, single use paper towels, and liquid hand soap
- Cooler 3C, Freezer -20C, Display cooler (left) 2C, Display cooler (right) 3C ,Walk in cooler 4C
** Sanitizing spray bottle has > 400 ppm chlorine, dilute it to 100 ppm- mix 1/2 teaspoon for 1 liter of spray bottle
** Label the spary bottle- bleach solution.
