Comments

Inspection conducted with the EHO practicum student. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the left hand sandwich display cooler that was turned off and defrosting. All food had been removed from this cooler and a work order has been placed for repairs. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. Temperature records were up to date. The store will be switching to an electronic temperature record system soon. No evidence of pests. Pest control reports available for review. General sanitation was satisfactory.
