Correction: Ensure that hand washing sinks are adequately equipped with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap to allow for proper hand washing. Correct by: Immediately.

Back hand washing sinks present as temporary measure. Code 308 Outstanding - Front Hand washing sink hot water tap not present and sink equipped with running cold water only. Note: Tap replaced and then broke again. Operating going to replace entire hand sink unit. Fix this immediately. Copy to be emailed to operator.
