Note: The ventilation hoods are scheduled to be cleaned in the next two weeks. Minor grease build-up noted.
Hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Equipment was kept in a sanitary condition.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The high temperature dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests. The restaurant has a pest control contract.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
