Observation: Dry wall near water supply piping observed to have mould accumulation

Observation: 1. Sink cabinets still observed to be in disrepair
2. One filter in treatment room was leaking
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to replace any materials that are water logged and damaged.
All surfaces in easily cleanable and impervious to moisture
Correction date: 1 month

2. Operator must service and repair and equipment in disrepair immediately.

Observation: During time of inspection, very large amount of kitchen wares and decorations was still present and stored on premises
- Items that are stored in a disorganized and cluttered manner will keep this facility from being maintained in sanitary condition!
- Original health approval granted to this facility with condition that storage of items for adjacent business does not get in the way of being able to maintain this facility in sanitary condition.
Corrective Action(s): - Kitchen wares must be stored in an organized manner and not mixed up with equipment and operation needed for this facility.
- You MUST take action in removing and organizing facility so that you can demonstrate safe dispensing of water supplies is achievable.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.
- Handwashing station in back of facility equipped with hot/cold running water liquid soap and paper towels
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available in spray bottle, concentration at 200ppm chlorine residual
- High temperature bottle washer available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (71.1C)
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection.


Water Treatment schematic has not changed.
Municipal water -> Cartridge filters -> Carbon filter -> Reverse Osmosis (membrane filters)-> UV treatment -> Reservoirs
- Two services offered:
1. Customers bring their own bottles and fill at 'water filling stations', new bottle caps used for each newly filled bottle
2. Customers return used bottle, exchange for new bottle, operator is responsible for sanitizing bottle and dispensing

Two of the filters have been replaced.
