-Walk-in freezer #2: -12C
-Stand-up freezer: -10C
-Chest freezer (left): -18C

-Walk-in cooler: 4C

-Handsinks have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Low-temperature dishwasher is adequately sanitizing dishes. Measured 50ppm chlorine at plate surface.
-Sanitizer spray bottle measured at 100ppm. Sanitizer bucket containing wiping cloths measured at 200ppm.

-Temperature logs are maintained daily. Units are checked 2x per day.
-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-Food storage is satisfactory. Food is stored off the ground and is covered to protect from contamination.
-Vent hood have minimal grease build-up and appears sanitary.
-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Per staff, pest control company visits 1x per month.
-Hairnets are donned by staff.
-FoodSafe certified staff on duty. Verified at time of inspection.
-Health permit is posted in a clear location.
