Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # AJON-CGAU3L of Jul-13-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Cleaning is required in crevices above knobs of "Vitality" juice dispenser. This was also noted on the previous routine inspection. Correction: Thoroughly clean area and deep crevices above knobs of "Vitality" juice dispenser.

Follow up Inspection: - Cleaning above knobs for "Vitality" juicing machine has improved. Ensure to deep clean the crevices of this machine on a regular basis. - Temperature of prep cooler now maintained 4 degrees Celsius. Ensure to continue monitoring the temperature using the refrigerator thermometer and recording on the temperature log. Thank you for your efforts.
