A follow-up inspection was completed: - Handwashing sink in the Meat Dept is in working order. Waste pipe is not leaking and there is running hot and cold running water exiting the faucet. - Meat Dept has Quats sanitizer exiting the automatic dispenser. Strength was 200ppm. - All issues have been corrected. REMINDER: The hot water supply MUST remain on/open at ALL TIMES at the handwashing sink in the Meat Dept. in order to properly wash hands.
