coolers less than 4 C. dishwasher above 71 C at plate. freezer at -10 C (defrost cycle?) handwash sinks all properly stocked. Quats in spray bottle at 500+ ppm. Concentrate container states 1.3 ml per 600 ml bottle. *Recommend additional notation on spray bottle (1/3 to 1/4 cap to 1 filled spray bottle. Measured out to 200 to 400 ppm solution. Premises clean and organized at time of inspection.
