Follow up inspection to report #VHUU-C6EU7B All violations noted on previous inspection have been corrected: - All foods in freezer and cooler units covered and stored off the floor. - All foods in dry storage area stored off the floor, covered, and stored in pest proof containers. - General sanitation improved significantly. *Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned and sanitized frequently. - No single use materials were being used to wrap pot handles. - Light in walk-in freezer was operational. - Metal sheet covering vegetable prep sink was removed.
