Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C. - Stainless steel freezer at -18C except 1 stand up freezer which was turned off for defrosting and found empty at the time of inspection. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - No signs of pest activity observed.
