- Floor has been repaired in front of proofer
- shelving has been repaired and they are easy to clean. They are to be maintained clean.
- Cleaning and removing unneeded items have been conducted.
- Food observed to be stored properly in pest proof bins.
- Door rubber seals on walk-in freezers and coolers have been cleaned.

Reminder: Dough maker is to be completely clean and sanitized and dried dough and build ups are to be removed from the equipment parts.
