A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -21C; and thermometers present. - Found expired, prepackaged sandwiches (Oct 15/22 & OCt. 20/22). During the inspection, the staff removed them from sale. Ensure to check the expiration date of all perishable items daily. - Foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. Non-foods stored separately from food. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Spray sanitizer had [Cl2] of 200ppm.
