Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 degrees Celsius at the plate surface. Fridge is 4 degrees Celsius. Ensure temperatures are being monitored and recorded daily. General sanitation is overall good. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Bleach water has 100 PPM chlorine residiual in spray bottle.
