Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * 3-compartment sink was being used to clean the mop heads and mop related equipment and this is not sanitary; mop sink available on site for mop cleaning, etc. and is to be used for this purpose; 3-compartment sink is ONLY for dishware/bulk bins, food related cleaning/sanitizing; wiping rags were found on some counters in unsanitary condition-- staff reminded to store these properly and in sanitary manner(eg. in sanitizer between use)
