Comments

Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Wall mounted QUAT dispensers and sanitizer spray bottles were all noted with 200 PPM QUAT. All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below. Hot hold units for soup and rotisserie chicken were held above 60C. Cleaned utensils and cutting boards were stored in a sanitary manner and noted in good condition. As per staff, all in-use utensils are changed out every couple hours. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
