*Hand sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water

*Temperature checks:
- Back freezer -18 C or below
- Front freezer -18 C or below
- Back walk in cooler 4 C or below
- Front prep cooler (top & bottom) 4 C or below

*Sanitation and Maintenance:
- Quats (in bucket) = 200 ppm.
- Front sanitizer bucket was at 50 ppm, Please ensure that the sanitizer solution is at minimum 200 ppm and test strips are available. (Corrected during inspection)
- High temperature dishwasher at plate surface 71 C
- Overall cleanliness and maintenance good at the time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Ice machine clean. Ensure to clean it regularly
