Temperature record checks for the walk in fridge in the storage room is not being done. Sanitizer concentration is not being checked (at the automatic dispenser). Perform these checks daily.
Please talk to staff about cell phone use during food preparation. Wash hands before and after to prevent cross contamination.
Store personal items such as fleece jacket away in the coat hanging area not in the storage room.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
Sanitizer (quats) is available.
Smoke house temperatures are recorded.
